Every player gets a 0-100 "Justaino Score" for each position, worked out entirely
from their real stats and PlayStyles. Nothing is hidden - here are the exact weights
the tool uses, position by position. It's my read of the current FC 26 meta, so it's
meant to be tuned each season.
Rating = 70% × Stat fit + 30% × PlayStyle fit

PlayStyle weighting

Stat fit (0-99) is a weighted average of the six stats, using each position's weights below. Stats matter most where the weight is biggest (shooting for strikers, defending for centre-backs, and so on).
PlayStyle fit (0-100) adds up the points for the meta PlayStyles a player already has - and a PlayStyle+ counts double - then measures that against the best loadout the position could want.
The two halves blend into one score. Because 30% is locked behind PlayStyles, a player with elite stats but none of the meta PlayStyles tops out around 69, and only a near-perfect card in both halves approaches 100.
